Cherry Creek Arts Festival:

Rocky Mountain Restaurant Consultants is solely responsible for the culinary demonstration stage located on 1st and Clayton Ave. as well as the culinary aspect of the pre gala festivities.

Respective talent over the years: Denver FIVE, Andrew Lubatty(Avenue Grill), Tyler Wiard (Elway's Cherry Creek), Brendon Doyle (Jonsey's Eat Bar), Elise Wiggens (Panzano), Duane Walker(Lola), Kristen Cofrades, Jason Rogers(Second Home Kitchen and Bar), Lance Barto(Strings), Roberto Diaz (Mezcal)

Crested Butte Arts Festival:
2010 / 2011

Rocky Mountain Restaurant Consultants is solely responsible for the culinary demonstration stage on 4th and Elk Ave. as well as the opening night Celebrity Chef Dinner with 80 attendees featuring the Denver FIVE, Bubbles and BBQ Event with 70 attendees featuring Jason Rogers (Chef of Oskar Blues) & Vaughn Hobbs (Chef of Viking / Kimball Distributing)

Many local chef talents from Crested Butte as well as Gunnison were represented.

Rocky Mountain Restaurant Consultants is solely responsible for the culinary demonstration stage on Fillmore Plaza as well as the opening night Celebrity Chef Dinner with 100 attendees featuring the Elise Wiggins of Panzano.
